Terms of Service

Quotes are estimates and are not a contract until an order is confirmed. You confirm you have the rights to fabricate the model you upload, and that doing so does not infringe anyone's intellectual property. We fabricate physical parts to order; you are responsible for the design, its fitness for your purpose, and lawful use of the finished part.

Every job is reviewed by a person before it is made. We may decline or cancel any job, at our discretion, that we believe violates the Acceptable-Use Policy below or applicable law.

Acceptable-Use Policy

You may not submit models for any of the following. This list is not exhaustive; a human reviews submissions and makes the final call.

• Firearms, weapons & their components

  • guns, frames, receivers, magazines, suppressors
  • ammunition or explosive devices
  • blades or objects designed primarily to injure

• Illegal or controlled items

  • anything unlawful in your or our jurisdiction
  • drug paraphernalia
  • devices for defeating locks, access control, or payment systems

• IP-infringing content

  • copyrighted or trademarked designs you don't hold the rights to
  • counterfeit or knock-off goods

• Hazardous or regulated goods

  • items intended to cause harm
  • safety-critical or medical parts requiring certification we don't provide
